How limits work.
- Limits are checked before the action happens. A request that would go over a monthly limit is refused with an upgrade message.
- Shipments, orders, notifications and API requests are counted per month.
- Products, team members and TikTok Shops are counted as totals.
- Unlimited means the plan sets no cap. A limit of zero means the feature is off, as API access is on Free.

Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes 50 shipments and 100 orders a month, 100 products, 1 team member and 1 TikTok Shop. API access isn't included.
Are these final prices?
No. Prices are placeholders until billing is configured in Stripe. VAT treatment hasn't been decided yet.
Can I change plans later?
Owners change plans from Billing settings. In mock billing mode a change takes effect without a charge. Stripe checkout is built, but plan prices must be configured in Stripe first.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The app refuses the action that would go over the limit and explains that an upgrade is needed to continue.
